2. Claude Code for Dev Teams (Training)
Your developers are already using AI, the question is whether they’re using it well. One full day of intensive, hands-on training on Claude Code: agentic workflows, project setup, code review with AI, and how to go from “autocomplete user” to running AI agents that ship real features.
I use Claude Code daily on production work. This is practitioner training, not a demo.

3. Automation Quick Scan
Not ready for a big project? Start here. We spend 90 minutes together going through how your business actually operates. A few days later you receive a one-page action plan: the 3 automations with the highest return for your specific company, with realistic effort and cost estimates.
No fluff, no 40-page report. One page you can act on immediately, with me or on your own.

4. Automation Audit
The full diagnostic. Over 1–2 weeks I analyze your processes, talk to your people, and map where AI automation delivers measurable ROI. You get a prioritized roadmap: which automations to build, what they cost, what they save, and in what order.
Fixed price: €2,500 (credited toward implementation if we build together)
5. Implementation
This is where the savings become real. I design and build the automations and AI agents identified in the audit: document processing, customer support agents, internal workflows, integrations with your existing tools. Fixed scope, fixed price, working software.
